Paulo is an independent artist based in Southern New Mexico. He utilizes painting and photography to express his own creative spirit. Drawing upon personal experiences relating to the transcendent potential in human consciousness. His work takes on a surreal and metaphoric quality. With vibrant, progressive and often spiritual overtones. Its influences are found in nature, travel, cosmology, dreams, indigenous wisdom, literature and the human spirit. As of present, Paulo is developing a solo show, scheduled for the Spring of 2025. Where he aspires to engage and inspire the local community and beyond with his unique creative vision.
